To measure your bust/chest, wrap the tape measure under your armpits and around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure to keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.

Waist

To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips

To measure your hips, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.
